M.O.V.E. and M.O.V.E’M Community
Join a small community of Women (M.O.V.E) or Men (M.O.V.E’M) over a 4-month self-discovery transformational journey. Become the best version of you by reconnecting with self, others and nature. The program includes tools and strategies to combat anxiety, feelings of self-doubt, fear or despair and tools to enable you to create a mindset of abundance and possibility.

Speaker & Facilitator
As an experienced speaker for the AOC, I share my story and explore topics such as setting goals, facing obstacles, working as a team, persistence, working smart, and tapping into energy systems. The M.O.V.E component is also available, providing an ideal wellbeing opportunity for your team to connect, be challenged, and learn more about themselves and each other.
By connecting mindset, emotional health, physical fitness, and calibration of your energy, you can move towards your most fulfilling life.
