How can Life Coaching help me?
When we feel stuck and find it affecting career, relationships, health, and day-to-day life, something has to change. But making that change on your own can be difficult. This is where life coaching sessions can make all the difference, helping you move towards a happier, more fulfilling life.
In our sessions, I will help you understand how your mindset, that is your beliefs or repetitive thoughts and identity, the language you use, any emotions or memories from the past, and your goals or lack of, which all influences who you are being and ultimately your life. Together, we will work to identify and become more aware of your thought, behavior, and emotional patterns. This process will help you heal, open up, and create empowering ways of being that align with your authentic self. The end result is finding happiness and harmony within yourself and with those around you.
I currently offer my life coaching services to men, women, and couples all over Australia from my base in Melbourne both in person or online.

My life coaching process is also about movement. I like to feel it flowing through our sessions by heading outdoors where possible and connecting with nature. This really works to open the flow of energy and of course, it feels good for the soul.

Where do Life Coaching sessions take place?
I offer my Life Coaching services online or in person in South East Melbourne.
Online Life Coaching sessions take place via zoom, with the option of guided walks at your own pace to connect with the outdoors.
We begin with a complimentary discovery call to get a feel if I’m the right coach for you and discuss what will work best to achieve feeling free, motivated, and truly happy.
Life Coaching sessions are held fortnightly to monthly over a minimum of 3 months, with 6-12 months for deep transformation and change.

FAQ’s
I’ve been to psychologists and councillors, what is the difference to Life Coaching?
Coaching is not a replacement for medically advised counselling, psychiatric interventions or treatment for mental or physical illnesses or conditions. I am here to guide you to discover what is holding you back in life and offer strategies and tools to take action. We all behave the way we do for a reason. We uncover these reasons to give you better understanding of yourself in order to fully accept and appreciate who you are.
My approach is different to most talk therapies, I utilise a bottom up approach. This requires accessing the subconscious by getting into your body and bringing thoughts, beliefs and emotions into your conscious awareness. This enables you to gain clarity about the programs you are running and gives you the opportunity to make changes. If you don’t know, you don’t know. There is so much hidden in the subconscious, once you start to have a relationship with it, you can take action for lasting change.
I challenge your thoughts and emotions to create lasting change. If you are thinking the same thoughts and feeling the same emotions your reality will not change. You will continue to feel lost, overwhelmed, and stuck in your patterns of the past. While we do revisit the past and process emotions that do arise in the sessions, this enables you to reconcile old hurt and gain insights into how to move forward.
With my guidance, clients access the answers and their potential that are already within them, gaining more clarity to make empowering choices.
If these therapies didn’t work why will Life Coaching help me?
This is a great question. To some degree these therapies may have helped you, perhaps there is more to explore. After trying so many different therapies I understand that you lose trust and form the belief that nothing will help you and there is something wrong with you. This is totally not the case. My Life Coaching has proven to be extremely effective and I can say that with confidence with hundreds of happy clients. Like anything, you need to trust the process and be open to trying something different.
I have a lot going on, can you help me?
I believe we can all be helped if we want the help. It is common that clients come to me and have tried endless therapies and still feel stuck or lost, having an impact on their day to day functioning and happiness.
I have helped women, men, couples and teenagers all over Australia to navigate their challenges and make significant positive life changes. Some of the challenges include; PTSD, trauma, procrastination, self-sabotage, self-harm, feeling stuck, lost or inadequate, self-loathing, excessive alcohol or drug consumption, addictions, relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, conflict, bi-polar, ADHD, body pain, divorce, estrangement, overeating, emotional eating. If you are facing any of these challenges, Life Coaching is for you!
How many sessions will I need and how often?
This varies from client to client and really depends on the struggles and challenges you are facing. I suggest a minimum of 6 sessions spread out fortnightly over 3 months. Some clients start off with weekly, and then to fortnightly, and then to monthly as we progress. My M.O.V.E program offers you a set structure, knowing that in 4 months you will have made the changes you wanted to make.
What is M.O.V.E?
M.O.V.E (women only) and M.O.V.E’M (men only) is a 4-month group coaching program designed to help you reclaim your confidence, prioritize your health and well-being, and create lasting change. Through this program, you will gain knowledge, practice mindfulness, build connections, and become part of a supportive community. My aim is to help you prioritize yourself and create a balanced life with fulfilling relationships, great mental, physical and emotional health, and overall well-being. M.O.V.E offers a safe space to engage, express, heal and grow, with a step by step guide to self-discovery and transformation. What do you suggest, online or in person for the sessions?
From my experience if you want the changes, both methods are effective. It is a personal preference and choice. I offer both Life Coaching Sessions online or in person, so you can try one and then the other and see what you think.

My coaching has been described as nurturing, genuinely and truly caring, non-judgemental, makes you feel comfortable and seen and understood, down to earth, unique, encouraging, patient, professional, knowledgable, non-intrusive, authentic, kind, compassionate, easy to relate to, impactful, inspiring, motivating, calm and direct manner, supportive, safe, gentle, empathetic, practical, speaks from the heart not through a tick and flick of a book, relates through her own experiences, everything you would want in a coach and in a friend.

I am scared to uncover my past, do we have to go there?
This is very common, and it is totally okay to feel this way. The struggles and challenges we face in the now are often due to our past. Revising the past allows you to break free from the emotional attachments and mental constraints developed as coping mechanisms for survival. It is part of the journey so that you can create a different future based on choices aligning with your values and future self and start to thrive.
