What is Life Coaching?
Have you tried endless therapies, psychology, psychiatrists, doctors, and are still feeling unmotivated, lost, stuck, confused and alone?
What does a Life Coach do? A life coach can help you make lasting changes in your life. If you’re feeling stuck, unfulfilled or just need some direction, Life Coaching could be the answer you’re looking for.
The first step in Life Coaching is to assess where you are in your life and where you want to be. This helps you set realistic goals and create a plan to reach them. You’ll also work on identifying any obstacles that might be holding you back from reaching your goals.
Once you have a clear understanding of what you want to achieve, your Life Coach will help you develop strategies to make it happen. This might involve setting up a support system, learning new skills or changing your mindset. Your coach will be there to encourage and motivate you every step of the way.
What is Life Coaching?
What is life coaching? Life coaching is a process that helps people achieve their goals and live the lives they want to lead. It can help with everything from career choices to relationships to personal growth.
As your coach, I will be with you every step of the way on your journey to self-discovery. I will challenge your thinking and behaviour, and help you to move past old patterns that are holding you back. This process will connect you to yourself, and enable you to find out what is preventing you from feeling content and achieving the life you want. Together, we will identify the areas in your life that need attention, and work on developing new strategies and habits that will support your growth. I believe that all humans have the ability to change and grow, and it is my privilege to help you unleash your full potential.
It’s okay if you feel lost and cannot see past today. With my guidance, the fog will be lifted, as you discover and become more aware of your patterns of behaviour and thinking.
It is commonly said that knowledge is power. The more you know about something, the more control you have over it. This is especially true when it comes to self-awareness. The more aware you are of your thoughts, feelings, and actions, the more choice you have in how you respond to life’s challenges. This clarity that comes with being self-aware helps you move out of procrastination into proactive, healthy habits which support your future self. When you are aware of your patterns of behaviour, you can make choices that align with your values and goals. You can also catch yourself before you fall into old, harmful patterns. Self-awareness is a powerful tool that can help you create the life you want to live.
I offer tools and strategies to face fear and anxiety, to work through your emotions, to reduce stress, set goals and implement habits and rituals that all support you moving forward. From Melbourne, I work with people from all over Australia, either in-person or remotely.
